Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown has extensive experience in account and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Account Management at Concentrix since October 2018, where responsibility includes developing long-term account strategies and fostering high-level business relationships with Global Accounts. Prior roles at Convergys from 2005 to 2020 included various director-level positions, overseeing account strategies, commercial operations, and program management with a focus on profit and loss accountability. Christopher's career began in 2000, progressively building expertise in client services, operations management, and quality assurance across multiple roles. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University, complemented by a CEGEP Diploma in Social Science from Dawson College.
