Colin O'Neill

Colin O'Neill serves as the Sr. Director of CX Strategy & Design at Concentrix since November 2021, leading the 'Next-Gen Customer Care' initiative to enhance customer engagement through technology partnerships. Prior to Concentrix, Colin O'Neill held the role of VP of Experience Design at PK, where the focus was on uniting cross-functional teams to create cohesive customer experiences. Colin O'Neill's previous experience includes VP of Experience Design at Connective DX, where a user-centered design approach significantly increased client revenue and satisfaction. Earlier roles involved transforming B2B marketing campaigns at Babcock & Jenkins as UX & Creative Director and working as Associate Creative Director at Euro RSCG, among others. Colin O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland.
