Column began their career in the Hotel and Catering industry, serving in diverse positions such as Front Office Manager and Sales, Marketing, Reservation & Revenue Manager at notable hotels. They received a degree in Business Studies and Hotel & Catering Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, complemented by continuous education in People Management and team leadership.
