Crystal Bolohan

Crystal Bolohan is currently a Talent Acquisition Area Manager at Concentrix, managing five recruiting sites across North America. They have extensive experience in high-volume recruiting and previously held a role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they supported and trained other recruiters while meeting tight deadlines. Prior to their career in recruitment, Crystal worked as a Senior Recruiter at Canadian Executive Search Group Inc., focusing on candidate sourcing and client relationship management. Crystal began their professional journey as a Cosmetologist, where they developed a loyal client base and honed their skills in salon management and customer consultation. They hold a degree in Human Resources Management from St. Clair College and are currently working towards a CHRP designation.
