Cy Micu

Cy Micu is an Analytics Manager at Concentrix, where they have been employed since 2020. Previously, Cy worked in various roles related to recruitment and analytics, including Customer Insights Analytics at Convergys from 2014 to 2019 and Recruitment Executive at Philip Morris International from 2019 to 2020. Cy's early career included positions at TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. as a Recruitment Associate and at IBM Global Process Services as a Recruitment Lead. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, which they completed in 2005.
