Darwin Clark Jacquez is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in customer experience, media, technology, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Senior Director for Sales and Accounts Management at Concentrix, they focus on driving strategic account growth and client relationships since the integration of Blink CX into Concentrix. Prior to this, Darwin held leadership roles including COO and VP for Sales at Blink, Head of Business Development at iMoney Philippines, and various positions at Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. and Yahoo!, where they significantly increased revenue and market presence. Darwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
