David Contreras

David Contreras is the Associate Director of Operations at Concentrix, where they have held various leadership roles since 2023, including Associate Director of Service Delivery and Training & Quality. Prior to this, David accumulated extensive experience in training and quality management at Telecorporación Salvadoreña and Teleperformance, specializing in curriculum assessment and quality assurance for BPO contact center services. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador, where they are currently completing their studies. David also earned an Associate's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution.
