Deeksha S. has a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as a Manager at Concentrix since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing product R&D teams to enhance customer experience through innovative software solutions. Prior to this, Deeksha worked at Scope Testing Services Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition & Operations, involving end-to-end recruitment processes across India. Deeksha also held the position of Lead Consultant for IT Recruitment at Bean HR Consulting from February 2016 to February 2020, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
