Dennis Olofsson is currently the Head of WFM for the Nordics at Concentrix, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Dennis served as the Global WFM Manager at H&M from 2019 to 2022 and as a Product Delivery Manager at Loxysoft from 2018 to 2019, where they managed support teams and oversaw project implementations. Dennis also contributed to workforce management as a Workforce Manager at Webhelp Nordic from 2015 to 2018 and as a Process Manager at GoExcellent from 2012 to 2014. They earned a degree in Business Administration from Högskolan i Kalmar between 2006 and 2009.
