Eman Badr

Eman Badr is currently the Director of Shared Services at Concentrix, where they lead functions in Quality, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing. Eman has extensive experience in quality management, COPC auditing, project management, and training management, having previously held roles as a Senior Quality Manager and Associate Director of Quality in the MEA region. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature from Ain Shams University. Eman is also a Lean Six Sigma green and black belt, demonstrating a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
