Ericson Rivero

Ericson Rivero is an Associate Director for Innovation at Concentrix, driving enterprise-scale transformation while leveraging expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Previously, they served as Department Head for Business Excellence at IFIVE Global and held roles at Optum, Infosys BPO, Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, Accenture, Sykes Asia Inc., and WNS Global Services, focusing on quality management and operational excellence. Ericson earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and various Six Sigma certifications from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
