Faiz Haikal

Faiz Haikal is an experienced facilities management and project engineering professional with a background in managing complex operations and overseeing construction projects. Currently serving as the Facilities Management Site Lead at Concentrix since July 2024, Faiz manages 25 floors of office buildings and is responsible for daily facility operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Project Engineer at Toti Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included project claims and local authority coordination, and as a Project Engineer at Manzeal Enterprise Sdn Bhd, where project management was executed across several infrastructure developments. Additionally, Faiz held the position of Facilities Coordinator at CBRE, contributing to office renovation projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Facilities Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
