Farid Husain

Farid Husain has over nine years of experience in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a People Solution Generalist II at Concentrix since June 2017, after progressing through various roles including Team Leader - Technical Support and Senior Quality Evaluator - Technical Support. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Professional at VADS Berhad from January 2014 to May 2017. Farid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah.
