Herman Chang is currently a Quality Lead at Concentrix, having served in various roles including Team Leader and Transaction Quality Analyst from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, Herman worked as an Assistant Manager at Chang Holdings Ltd from 2007 to 2011, where responsibilities included managing databases and training employees. Additionally, Herman volunteered for the Samoa Victim Support Group from 2008 to 2010, supporting IT infrastructure and website management. Herman briefly worked as a Web Developer for Holy Cross Parish in 2014 and as a Library Rover at Unitec Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013, assisting users with IT resources and support. Herman is currently pursuing an education at Unitec | Te Pūkenga.
