Ibrahim Asfour is an Operations Manager with extensive experience in the contact center industry, spanning five years. They began their career at Vodafone in 2016, where they advanced from Customer Service Representative to Floor Walker and SME. Ibrahim later served as a Supervisor at Majorel Egypt from 2021 to 2023 and worked as a Customer Service Trainer at UX Centers in 2020.
