Issam Rahmat

Issam Rahmat is currently the Head of Operations at Concentrix, where they oversee various customer service activities and ensure quality and satisfaction. Previously, Issam served as a senior project leader at Concentrix, managing strategic projects from conception to deployment. They held the position of Operational Manager at Majorel, where they supervised operational teams and enhanced service quality. Issam began their career as a management controller at LTI Madina Palace in 2005. They hold a specialized master's degree in Project and Program Management from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Lille.
