Jainish Patel

Jainish Patel has experience in technical support and food services, most recently serving as a Technical Support Advisor, Level I and Level II at Concentrix from October 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included resolving technical issues and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Jainish worked as a Peer Mentor and Food Services Support Staff at the University of Waterloo, managing inventory and processing user requests. Jainish holds a High School Diploma in Computer Engineering from N.G. Patel Polytechnic and has completed courses in Computer Concepts and Web Designing, alongside an Associate's degree in Software Engineering Technician from Conestoga College.
