James Snyder

James Snyder is the Head of API Customer Success at PK, an experience engineering firm, where they focus on delivery processes, revenue management, business development, and operational management across multiple locations. They began their career as a junior project manager and advanced to senior project management, ultimately discovering Agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Prior roles include Senior Director at Concentrix Catalyst and Director of Product at Vanick Digital (now PK), where they led PMO and product teams, fostering improvement and standardization. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
