Jason Lock is an experienced general manager with extensive global experience in leading large-scale contact centers and operations. They currently serve as Managing Director, South Africa, and Vice President, Africa, at Concentrix, after previously holding the position of Vice President, Service Delivery - Africa. Having previously led operations for Westpac New Zealand and Transcom's Asia Pacific region, Jason has demonstrated domain expertise in business process outsourcing, customer experience, and digital transformation. Jason holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Economics & Marketing and International Management from the University of Waikato.
