Javier Himede is a dynamic and adaptable professional with over 15 years of expertise in Customer Experience (CX), Data Analytics, and Software Development. Currently serving as the Director of Analytic Technology at Concentrix, Javier is responsible for the development of analytical platforms, project management, and integrating advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing and Sentiment Analysis. As the CTO and Co-Founder of Fiado App, they oversee the development of the mobile platform, focusing on product vision and roadmap strategy. Previously, Javier held various leadership roles at organizations such as Dell, Convergys, and Stream Global Services, where they drove quality improvement and operational excellence.
