Jeff Cram

Jeff Cram is a healthcare sector lead at Concentrix, where they focus on enterprise digital transformation and customer experience programs. Previously, they served as SVP, Healthcare at both Concentrix and PK, a firm they helped build into a recognized leader in experience engineering. As the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Connective DX, they directed the agency to nationwide acclaim, culminating in its acquisition in 2019. Jeff also founded and organized the Delight Conference, a notable community for CX and digital leaders, and is currently pursuing education at Linfield College.
