Jeff Northup

Jeff Northup, PMP, serves as the Director of Knowledge Management at Concentrix, where the focus is on driving the knowledge management engine known as Concentrix CORE. Concurrently, Jeff is a Visiting Faculty member at Miami University, instructing courses in Advanced Spreadsheets and Analytics, and has taught systems design and lifecycle management. At Kent State University, Jeff is a part-time faculty member for the Introduction to User Experience Design course, having also developed graduate courses in Communities of Practice and Knowledge Management. Jeff's previous experience includes leadership roles at Convergys, where responsibilities included managing business processes and vendor operations. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Kent State University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Applied Science from Miami University.
