Jim Strong

Jim Strong is a retired professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and telecommunications companies. They served as the Director of Partner Solutions at Concentrix since 2018 and previously held significant positions including Director of Product Strategy at Convergys and Director of National Accounts at WorldCom. Jim’s earlier career included roles as a Project Manager at Sprint and Sr Manager at ICS Information Technologies. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Maryland.
