João Alves

João Alves is currently the IT Country Manager at Concentrix, where they lead IT operations across five national offices and manage a team of 12 technicians to ensure high-performance systems. Prior to this role, João served as an IT Manager and System Admin at Webhelp from 2021 to 2024, focusing on infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and training new employees. They also worked in IT Client Services at REDITUS SA from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. João holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, which they completed in 2019.
