JOHN BOUZIOS

John Bouzios is the Managing Director at Concentrix Greece, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the CEO of Webhelp Greece from 2016 to 2024 and held several senior management roles, including Customer Care Senior Manager at both Forthnet Group and Hellas On Line. John began their career at CABLEL as Head of the Planning Department and has held various leadership positions in customer service and quality management across multiple companies. They earned an MSc in Quality Management from The University of Birmingham and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
