Karan Kanchan is a growth-driven executive with over two decades of experience in building and scaling high-impact businesses across Banking, Payments, Business Process, and CX Services. Currently a Senior Director at Concentrix, Karan is responsible for driving growth in the Australia and NZ markets. Previously, Karan held leadership roles at Wipro Limited, Citi, and IBM, managing high-value client relationships and spearheading significant transformations within major financial institutions. Passionate about industry innovation and committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Karan has also served as a judge for Fintech Australia and co-chaired the LGBTQ+ council for Australia & NZ. Karan enjoys outdoor activities, including camping and motorcycle riding, during personal time.
