Kathy has a 20-year history of successfully finding business opportunities that help shape strategies and execute plans for growth and differentiation. She spent the last two-and-a-half years as Convergys’ leader for marketing, customer interaction technologies (CIT), and analytics. As part of Concentrix, Kathy will be responsible for our CIT, analytics, and consulting businesses.
