Laura Heller

Laura Heller serves as the Director of Securities Counsel at Concentrix, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Laura accumulated significant experience at Hogan Lovells over a span of seven years, progressing from Summer Associate to Senior Associate within the Corporate practice group. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Maryland School of Law, where Laura was the Editor in Chief of the Maryland Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with double majors in History and English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland. Additional experience includes a research role at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security and an internship at the U.S. Department of Justice.
