Lebo Koloi

Lebo Koloi is currently serving as Country Lead WFM and Senior Manager WFM for EMEA at Concentrix since August 2023. Prior to this, Lebo held various leadership roles, including Director of Call Centre Operations at Cloudworkz in early 2022, Head of Operations at iContact BPO from April 2019 to May 2020, and Head of Planning at CCI South Africa between January 2016 and January 2019. Other notable positions include Business Unit Executive at Inter-Active Technologies, Head of Operations at Smartworx BPO, Workforce Manager at CCI South Africa, Workforce Management Specialist at eFour Contact Centre Solutions, and Workforce Analyst at Merchants SA. Lebo began a career in the contact center industry as a Call Centre Agent at Merchants BPO. Education was completed at Townview High School from 2000 to 2002.
