Lily T. has extensive experience in sales management and team leadership, currently serving as a Sales Manager for Red Hat at Concentrix since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of 11 representatives to achieve revenue targets and collaborating on sales forecasting with clients. Previously, Lily worked at TDCX from October 2017 to May 2021 as a Team Leader for Facebook, managing and coaching a team of up to 20 Account Managers to enhance sales pitches and achieve client targets. Earlier in the career, Lily was the Country Manager at DORMA FAR EAST Rep Office in Vietnam from June 2011 to September 2017, where key achievements included establishing a channel sales network and closing contracts with new customers.
