Lora Western

Lora Western, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, strategically supporting organizations through various roles. Currently serving as Director of People Solutions at Concentrix since October 2018, Lora has previously held positions such as Global People Solutions Business Partner and People Solutions Business Partner, with a focus on global IT and GS departments. Prior to Concentrix, Lora worked as Human Resources Manager at Convergys and Stream Global Services, and held the same title at Astro Air, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the entire employee life cycle for up to 600 employees across multiple locations. Lora holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and an earlier education from Tyler Junior College.
