Lori Haddock is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the customer service industry. Currently serving as Group Vice President at Concentrix since October 2018, Lori previously held the same title at Convergys for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, Lori worked at UnitedHealth Group as Vice President of Operations and had a long tenure at Convergys, progressing through various senior leadership roles from 1996 to 2016. Lori began a career in management at West Corporation as Manager of Interactive Services. Educationally, Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1986 and 1990, and attended Millard North High School from 1983 to 1986.
