Marcella van Oers

Marcella van Oers is currently the Delivery Director at Concentrix, a position held since 2024. Previously, Marcella managed client relations as a Client Manager and Clientdirector at Webhelp Nederland from 2014 to 2017. They also held several interim leadership roles at various companies, including Teamleiders.nu and Deli XL, between 2011 and 2013. Before that, Marcella served as a Senior Supervisor at Teleperformance Nederland from 2005 to 2011. Marcella completed an MBO in Tourism at MTRO de Rooi Pannen in 2005, followed by a degree in Project Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences in 2008.
