Mark Francis Millan

Mark Francis Millan is the Director of Global Quality at Concentrix, a position held since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in the ICT/BPO and Customer Experience industries, they previously served as Associate Director of Training and Quality at Concentrix. Mark has also held senior management roles at Convergys, where they oversaw global training and quality initiatives. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of San Carlos, earned between 2011 and 2014.
