Mark Reinhardt

Mark Reinhardt is a Senior Director of Operations at Concentrix, where they have been responsible for managing the Convergys Germany East Region since 2017. With a strong background in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, Mark has developed skills in Operations Management, Service-Level Agreements, Customer Relationship Management, Quality Management, and IT Service Management. Prior to their current role, they served as Site Director at Convergys, overseeing call centers in both Berlin and Dublin.
