Maureen Adona

Maureen Adona is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Concentrix since March 2018, Maureen was previously a Senior Manager in the same domain. Prior to joining Concentrix, Maureen held various roles at Sitel from July 2010 to March 2018, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Supervisor, and Recruitment Specialist, where significant accomplishments included launching career centers in Tarlac and Palawan and achieving high hiring class efficiency. Maureen's expertise encompasses recruitment strategy development, team leadership, budget management, and improving recruitment processes.
