May Lee Wood is an experienced talent sourcing professional with a diverse background in recruitment and team management. At Concentrix, from March 2022 to July 2024, May served as a Talent Sourcing Supervisor, Senior Talent Sourcing Supervisor, and Talent Solutions Specialist. Prior to this, May worked as a Recruit Specialist at Trax Retail from July 2021 to March 2022, focusing on recruiting personnel for merchandising companies in a fast-paced environment. May’s career began at Sitel Group, where almost eight years were spent in various supervisory roles across customer service, escalation, and backoffice departments, gaining extensive experience in team management and client communication.
