Michael Ackad is currently the Associate Director of Learning and Leadership Development for Concentrix in the Middle East and Türkiye, responsible for overseeing L&D initiatives for over 40,000 employees. Previously, they served as the Regional Head of Training at Amazon, where they successfully led training and instructional design teams. Michael has a background with AstraZeneca, where they transformed the learning landscape in the Near East and developed a culture of coaching. They hold a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development and have a BSc in Pharmacy and Biotechnology from The German University in Cairo.
