Michael Collicutt has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Operations at Concentrix since August 2015. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at Aditya Birla Minacs from March 2008 to December 2012, including Operations Manager and Sr. Operations Manager. Additionally, Michael was a Team Manager at RMH from June 1999 to January 2004 and is currently the Manager of the Contact Centre at WestJet since July 2017. Michael holds a degree in Journalism from Loyalist College, completed between 1995 and 1999.
