Currently serving as Executive Global Account Management at Concentrix since February 2012, Michael drives worldwide financial growth by implementing business expansion strategies and fostering long-term relationships at executive levels across Asia, Americas, and EMEA. Prior to Concentrix, Michael held the position of VP Global Accounts at Sykes, managing client programs across multiple continents and overseeing all aspects of profitability and performance. As the Founder and CEO of Direct Contact Solutions, a contact center company in France, Michael established a successful business focused on BPO solutions. Earlier in Michael's career, serving as General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Transcom WorldWide, responsibility included achieving revenue and growth objectives for the EMEA and North American markets.
