Michelle Ebbs, PhD, CCXP, currently serves as a Consultant in Client Success Management at Concentrix since February 2022, following a significant tenure at Research Square Company where responsibilities included heading the Voice of the Customer initiative. As a Certified Customer Experience Professional, Michelle has focused on enhancing global customer experience through various leadership roles, emphasizing data-driven improvements, customer insights, and collaborative solutions. Prior positions include Customer Relations Manager at AJE, where Michelle developed the customer relationship team, and academic roles as an Adjunct Instructor and Professor at Alamance Community College and Elon University. Michelle holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Biology from The University of Akron.
