Mike Cholak

Mike Cholak is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Group Vice President & General Manager of VOC Solutions at Concentrix, where they provide industry-leading Customer Experience solutions. Previously, Cholak held various leadership roles at Convergys, including Vice President of Customer Intelligence Services and Vice President & General Manager of Convergys Analytic Solutions, delivering customer satisfaction and analytic solutions. Cholak also served as Director at MATRIXX Marketing Research from 1997 to 2001. They are pursuing an MBA in Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business - Management from Miami University.
