Mohamed Sadek

Mohamed Sadek is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Concentrix since November 2022, previously serving as an operations team manager. Prior to joining Concentrix, Mohamed held several roles at Sutherland from May 2015 to December 2022, culminating in the position of senior associate manager for seasonal campaigns, along with roles as associate manager, subject matter expert, and senior customer service representative. Earlier experience includes working as a customer service representative at TE Data and serving in the Egyptian Armed Forces. Mohamed also has sales experience from roles at Mansour Group and Red Bull. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Alexandria University and completed high school with a focus on science and mathematics at College Saint Marc.
