Mohua Sen

Mohua Sen is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as Lead Communications Trainer at Concentrix since March 2015. In this role, Mohua focuses on imparting training in behavioral skills to mid-level and senior staff, managing training calendars, developing training modules, and collaborating with senior management to assess training needs. Prior to this position, Mohua worked as a Corporate Trainer at Fusion BPO Services from August 2012 to January 2015, and held roles in quality and training operations as well as senior training at Manipal-City and Guilds Skills Training P Ltd and Manipal Education, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Higher Secondary degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Rani Birla Girls' College and earlier education from DAV Public School and Vivekananda Vidya Mandir.
