Mostafa Ghanem

Mostafa Ghanem is currently a Technical Lead at Concentrix, where they focus on Dynamics 365 Finance. They have spent the last 15 months as a sales representative, assisting customers with business solutions. Prior to this, Mostafa worked for five months as a SME, supporting daily team tasks and auditing key performance indicators. With experience as a floor walker, they provided crucial guidance to newcomers. Mostafa is also studying Scrum and aims to become a certified product owner in the near future. They hold a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Cairo University.
