Nelson Chen

Nelson Chen is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as a Product Manager at Concentrix since August 2022 and previously as a Senior Product Manager at ServiceSource since June 2012. Chen began a professional journey in product management at C3 Energy Network from June 2009 to January 2012, where responsibilities included competitive analysis and product management for the C3 Sustainability application. Prior roles include significant contributions at the California Public Interest Research Group, where leadership efforts resulted in increased student engagement in sustainable practices and voter registration. Chen holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California, further enhancing expertise in both the public and private sectors through various internships and roles dedicated to environmental and policy issues.
