Nick Smith

Nick Smith has extensive experience in the field of sales delivery and dialler management. Currently serving as Associate Director Global Sales Delivery at Concentrix since October 2018, Nick also holds the position of Head of Dialler Management. Prior to this role, Nick was the Head of Dialler Management at Convergys Intelligent Contact from October 2014 to January 2022, where significant contributions were made to the optimization of dialler operations.
