Nicolás Luque

Nicolás Luque is the Associate Director of Global Account Management at Concentrix, specializing in client relationships and operational strategy. Originally from Argentina, Nicolás has lived in Barcelona since 2012, where they have worked in the BPO industry for over 14 years, gaining extensive experience with major tech companies. Previously, Nicolás served as Global Program Director at Webhelp, where they managed B2C operations across multiple regions, and achieved significant revenue growth. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and have completed a Supervisor Training Programme in Customer Service Management at L’Institut de Fromació Contínua de la Universitat de Barcelona.
