Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Training and Quality at Concentrix since September 2016, Nishant previously held leadership roles at companies such as DEN Networks Limited and Tata Sky, where responsibilities included developing training frameworks and enhancing service delivery. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Idea Cellular in various managerial capacities focused on data servicing and quality assurance. Nishant began the professional journey at Wipro Spectramind, transitioning from a Technical Support Associate to managerial roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Town and Country Planning from GRD School Of Planning, GNDU Amritsar.
