Peter Starkoff

Peter Starkoff is an experienced professional in management and operations, currently serving as the ANZ Manager for Delivery Excellence & Innovation at Concentrix since March 2021. Prior to this role, Peter held various managerial positions at RACQ from 1986 to 2020, including General Manager of Member Engagement, where responsibilities included strategic execution of activities for 1.7 million members, and General Manager of Commercial Operations, overseeing a wide range of commercial products. Peter possesses a Management Development Program degree from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Business Management from TAFE Queensland, complementing extensive experience in sales, distribution, and contact center operations.
